Martha Mather

Martha was born in March 1760 in Farnworth and her baptism took place on March 19th, 1760 at St. Mary (Deane).¹

Martha's father was John Mather and her mother was Mary Meadowcroft. She had five brothers and three sisters, named John, Richard, Richard, John, Jeffery, Lettice, Mary and Alice. Jeffery and Martha were twins. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Jeffery and Betty. She died at 1 months old on April 1st, 1760 in Farnworth. She was buried on April 1st, 1760 at St. Mary (Deane).²²
