Jane was originaly from Deane, and her family moved to Bolton Emmanuel (before she married). Her marriage shows Thomas Taylor of Deane and Jane of this parish (i.e. Great Bolton).
On 15 April 1811, Jane and brother John had a double wedding. Jane married Thomas Taylor. Like Jane's family, Thomas was a Hand Loom Weaver, but from Standish.
Jane and Thomas lived at Rumworth after they married and by 1851, had moved to Little Hulton.
On 15 April 1811, Thomas and sister Jane had a double wedding, married by the curate Thomas McDougal. Jane married Thomas Taylor. Like Jane's family., Thomas was another Hand Loom Weaver, but from Standish. They lived in New York, Rumworth after they married.
Jane and Thomas were married in a religious ceremony on April 15th, 1811 at St. Peter's (Bolton) by Curate Thomas McDougal and witnessed by William & James Orrell.2
