Jane Mather

Jane was born in September 1838 in Edgworth.¹

Jane's father was Thomas Mather and her mother was Hannah (Ann) Kirkham. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Mather and Alice Entwistle. She had five brothers and two sisters, named John, Amos, Thomas, Charles, John, Alice and Ann. She had an adopted sister named Hannah. She died at the age of 75 in March 1914 in Bolton.²
