Birth Notes

Francis' father was Edward Mather and her mother was Betsy Morris. Her paternal grandparents were John Mather and Ellen Farnworth. She had four brothers and five sisters, named William, John, James, Edwin, Mary, Mary, Jane, Ellen and Betsy. She was the fourth oldest of the ten children.
