The only Elizabeth Mather born in Apr 1841, was the Daughter of Charles Mather (a Beer Seller, aged 55). She was 9 months old at the time of the June 1841 census and living at Kay Street, Little Bolton. The Elizabeth born Dec 1841 was the daughter of Joshua Mather, a mechanic and later an iron turner.
Betsy was 11 in 1851, living with her mother and step-father Mary and Robert Longworth.
In 1861, Elizabeth and William Mather (21 & 20) were with their mother Mary Longworth (53, Wid)
