Charlotte (Lottie) Mather

Charlotte, known as Lottie, was born in January 1885 in Halliwell.¹

Lottie's father was Henry Mather and her mother was Maria Duckworth (Thompson).  Her paternal grandparents were James Mather and Margaret Stockton (Slater). She had five brothers and two sisters, named James, Samuel, Jesse, Ernest, Thompson, Margaret and Sarah.  She was the youngest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 7 in 1892 in Halliwell.  She was buried in 1892 at St. Peter (Halliwell).²
