Charles Edgar Mather

Charles was born on December 5th, 1897 in Littlemoss and his baptism took place on January 16th, 1898 in Ashton-under-Lyne.¹²

Birth Notes

Charles' father was Daniel Mather and his mother was Susannah Morris. His paternal grandparents were Charles Mather and Betty Crook. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Harry, Edward, Sarah and Elsie. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 6 in September 1904 in Ashton-under-Lyne.³
