Ann Mather

Ann was born in March 1819 in WestLeigh and her baptism took place on April 8th, 1819 in Leigh.¹

Ann's father was John Mather and her mother was Elizabeth (Betty) France. Her paternal grandparents were Nathan Mather and Betty Green. She had three brothers and a sister, named John, John, James and Jane. She was the third oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 19 in March 1838 in Sharples. Her burial was on March 25th, 1838 in Leigh.²
