Aggie's father was John Mather and her mother was <unknown>.  Her paternal grandparents were John Mather and Ann Knowles. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Nedde, Nathan, Mary, Betty and Alice.  Nedde and Aggie were twins.  She died at the age of 88 in 1844 in Heath Charnock.  She was buried on March 14th, 1844 in Rivington.²
