Abraham Mather

Abraham was born on February 28th, 1886 in Samlesbury.¹

Abraham's father was John Mather and his mother was Mary Jane Miller. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Mather and Elizabeth (Betty) Marsden. He had five brothers and three sisters, named William, Isaac, John, Henry, Harold, Mary, Esther and Ruth. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 70 on October 10th, 1956 in Leicester.²
