William Lowe

William was born in 1833 in Sharples.¹

William's father was Thomas Lowe and his mother was Sarah Mather. His maternal grandparents were Solomon Mather and Martha (Matty) Ramsden. He had five brothers and two sisters, named James, Thomas, Joseph, Jesse, George, Betty and Elizabeth. He was the seventh oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 56 in 1889 in Sharples.²
