Birth Notes

Thomas' father was Thomas Lowe and his mother was Sarah Mather. His maternal grandparents were Solomon Mather and Martha (Matty) Ramsden. He had five brothers and two sisters, named James, Joseph, Jesse, William, George, Betty and Elizabeth. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
