Elizabeth's father was Robert Lewis and her mother was Rachel Millington.  Her maternal grandparents were John Millington and Mary Connah. She had five brothers and four sisters, named John, John, Thomas, Edward, Charles, Elizabeth, Mary, Rachel and Rachel.  She was the second oldest of the ten children.  She died as an infant at 1 months old in July 1802 in Ewloe.  She was buried on July 14th, 1802 in Hawarden.¹
