Elizabeth's father was Robert Lewis and her mother was Rachel Millington.  Her maternal grandparents were John Millington and Mary Connah. She had five brothers and four sisters, named John, John, Thomas, Edward, Charles, Elizabeth, Mary, Rachel and Rachel.  She was the third oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 19 in February 1823 in Ewloe.  She was buried on February 27th, 1823 in Hawarden.¹
