Ann was born in 1755 in Beeston and her baptism took place on February 17th, 1755 in Bunbury.1  Ann's father was Richard Ledsham and her mother was Ann Lucas.  Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Richard Ledsham and Mary Sellers; her maternal grandparents were Richard Lucas and Elizabeth Chancelour. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Richard, William, Sarah, Mary, Martha and Hannah.  She was the fifth oldest of the seven known children.  She died at the age of 28 in 1783 in Beeston.  Her burial was on January 13th, 1783 in Bunbury.1
