Blanche King

Blanche was born in September 1888 in Bingley.¹ Blanche's father was Samuel Christmas King and her mother was Hannah Elizabeth Pickles. Her maternal grandparents were William Cockshutt Pickles and Mary Ickeringill. She had four brothers named Arthur, Tom, Edward and George.
