Arthur was born in September 1901 in Wrexham.¹

Birth Notes

Arthur's father was William Humphreys and his mother was Elizabeth Eddowes. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Eddowes and Mary Ann Hughes. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Richard, James, Harry, William, Mary, Catherine, Elizabeth and Florence. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at 3 months old in December 1901 in Wrexham.¹
