In 1816, Richard a labourer was living at Edge when Anne was baptided. Later they lived at Is-y-Coed.
In 1841, Richard and Elizabeth (47 & 58) were at Waightel Cottage, Malpas with Thomas (20), Elizabeth (17), Sarah (14), Jane (12), George (10), Samuel (5), and Joseph (3)

Richard and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on October 9th, 1815 in Hanmer witnessed by Mary Ellis & William Hopley.4 They had five sons and six daughters, named Thomas, Richard, George, Samuel, Joseph, Anne, Mary, Elizabeth, Sarah, Jane and Martha. There are no more children.
