Ann Hopley

Ann was born in 1784 in Shocklach and her baptism took place on May 23rd, 1784 in Harthill.¹

Ann's father was John Hopley and her mother was Anne Morgan. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Hopley and Catherine Lewis. She had three brothers and four sisters, named James, Samuel, John, Ann, Elizabeth, Sarah and Catherine. She was the third oldest of the eight children.
