Birth Notes

George's father was Edmund Holden and his mother was Sarah Mather. His maternal grandparents were James Mather and Rachel Hamer. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Elijah, Richard, Ann, Alice, Rachel and Sarah. He was the second youngest of the eight children.
