David Haslam

David was born in 1831 in Kearsley and his baptism took place on March 3rd, 1831 at St. Saviour (Ringley).^1 2

David's father was Nathan Haslam and his mother was Jane (Jenny) Collinge.  His maternal grandparents were <unknown> and Betty Collinge. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Peter, Thomas, Mary and Betty.  He was the second oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 48 in March 1879 in Radcliffe.  He was buried on March 30th, 1879 at St. Thomas (Radcliffe).³
