Hannah Doxey

Hannah was born in June 1884 in Newton Heath.¹

Hannah's father was Henry Doxey and her mother was Mary Ann Dooley. Her paternal grandparents were John Doxey and Sarah Worthington; her maternal grandparents were Hugh Dooley and Bridget Costello. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Frank, Joseph, John, Sarah, Clara and Florence. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She had a half-brother named Walter.
