Henry Doxey

Henry was born about 1860 in Droylsden.¹

  Born: Droylsden, Lancashire according to 1881 census, but 1871 census shows that Henry was born in Salford about 1861 before the family moved to Droylsden in 1862 or 1863.
  
  The 1911 census records the place of birth as Salford, Lancashire.

Henry's father was John Doxey and his mother was Sarah Worthington. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Doxey and Hannah Wimston. He had five brothers and three sisters, named William, George, James, Richard, Frank, Hannah, Clara and Sara. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died in December 1923.

- Probably died after 1910 and cant find on FreBMD index.

General Notes
- Had Margaret Needham, a servant from London staying with then in 1881.
  
  The 1911 census shows Henry and Mary married for 36 years.
