Sarah Crook

Sarah was born in June 1840 in Bolton.¹

Sarah's father was Jacob Crook and her mother was Jane Robinson. Her paternal grandparents were John Crook and Ann Tommason. She had five brothers and four sisters, named John, Edward, Joseph, James, Thomas, Ann, Rachel, Martha and Martha. She was the third oldest of the ten children.

General Notes
- Sarah probably died in 1863, aged 21 and there is another younger Sarah Crook who married Thomas. However, this doesnt explain how Jane Crook (her mother) is with the family.

Occupation Details
- From about 1855 to after 1861 Sarah's occupation was Cotton Spinner in Bolton.
