General Notes
There are no Bolton births after Jacob and Martha in 1803-05. It could be that Ann died in 1806, so John may have remarried. It could be they moved (there are births of Mary and Robert in 1811-12 at Middleton, but that family is John Crook and Ann Howard, who married at Middleton in 1810).
Ann and John were married in a religious ceremony on October 14th, 1802 in Bolton.2 They had a son and a daughter, named Jacob and Martha. There are no more children.
