George son of Samuel Brereton Jun'r. Parents Samuel Brereton and Mary Green of Bridgemere. The Bridgemere Brereton family were naerly all Blacksmiths.
1792, George Brereton, a Blacksmith married Mary Jackson at Nantwich St Mary.
1793 to 1796, George and Mary lived near Coppenhall where Thomas and Samuel were baptised, before moving to Weston.
In 1834, Mary Brereton, their youngest daughter died at Weston and was buried at Wybunbury.
In 1841, George Snr (60) was independant (retired) and living with his son James and wife Ann and family at Wybunbury.
