Anne's father was Samuel Brereton Jnr and her mother was Mary Green.  Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Brereton Snr and Mary Whittingham. She had five brothers and four sisters, named John, George, Thomas, James, Samuel, Hannah, Mary, Jane and Elizabeth.  She was the third youngest of the ten children.  She died at 5 months old in November 1776 in Wybunbury.  She was buried on November 30th, 1776 in Wybunbury.¹
