Ann Brereton

Ann was born in 1771 in Acton by Nantwich and her baptism took place there on May 12th, 1771.¹

Ann's father was Thomas Brereton and her mother was Hannah Vicars. Her paternal grandparents were John Brereton and Maria (Mary) Blackmore. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Randle, George, George, Mary, Sarah and Jane. She was the second oldest of the seven known children. She died at the age of 96 in March 1867 in Great Budworth.²
