Beatrice was born on November 14th, 1873 in Audenshaw and her baptism took place there on February 8th, 1874.¹²

Birth Notes

Beatrice's father was John Barstow and her mother was Mary Buckley. Her maternal grandparents were Benjamin Buckley and Patience (Patricia) Oldham. She had two brothers and three sisters, named John, Arundel, Florence, Ida and Edith. She was the oldest of the six children.
