George Shipley 
George was born about 1859 in , Lawrence County, Missouri, USA.1 George's father was Richard Shipley and his mother was Julinda Windom. His paternal grandparents were Richard SHIPLEY and Henrietta HUGHES. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William Preston, Benjamin Rush, Reuben Richard, Joseph Douty, Nancy Ann, Sarah Elizabeth and Mary Susan. He was the youngest of the eight children. He had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Johnnie W., Eddie, Ellen Jane, Hannah Rettie, Lulla May and Etta Eliza. He died in , , Iowa, USA.2 -
