Etta Eliza was born on October 28th, 1872 in Clio, Wayne County, Iowa, USA.1 Etta Eliza's father was Richard Shipley and her mother was Sarah Ann Fisher. Her paternal grandparents were Richard SHIPLEY and Henrietta HUGHES. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Johnnie W., Eddie, Ellen Jane, Hannah Rettie and Lulla May. She was the second youngest of the six children. She had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William Preston, Benjamin Rush, Reuben Richard, Joseph Douty, George, Nancy Ann, Sarah Elizabeth and Mary Susan. She died at the age of 85 on February 13th, 1958 in Clio, Wayne County, Iowa, USA. She was buried in Clio Cemetery, Wayne County, Iowa, USA.2 1 -
