Margaret Roberts 
Margaret was born in 1800 in Rockingham Co, NC.1 Margaret's father was Thomas Roberts and her mother was Sarah Joyce. Her paternal grandparents were James Roberts and Elizabeth Lightfoot. She had six brothers and five sisters, named William, Henry, Richard, James, John, Thomas Jefferson, Elizabeth, Nancy, Matilda, Susan and Sarah Anne. She was the fifth oldest of the twelve children.1 General Notes
