Elizabeth Roberts 
Elizabeth was born in 1802 in Rockingham Co, NC.1 Elizabeth's father was Thomas Roberts and her mother was Sarah Joyce. Her paternal grandparents were James Roberts and Elizabeth Lightfoot. She had six brothers and five sisters, named William, Henry, Richard, James, John, Thomas Jefferson, Margaret, Nancy, Matilda, Susan and Sarah Anne. She was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 88 on June 26th, 1890.2 General Notes
