Margaret Katherine Tate 
Margaret Katherine was born on June 30th, 1864.1 Margaret Katherine's father was George Washington Tate and her mother was Rachel Whitaker. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Nelson Tate and Mary "Polly" Squires; her maternal grandparents were John Whitaker and Martha "Patsy" Stevens. She had five brothers and five sisters, named John Lannes, Samuel Whitaker, George Thomas, James Richard, William Levi, Martha Jane, Mary Emma, Rebecca Ann, Rachel Elizabeth and Frances Lavina. She was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 46 on October 11th, 1910.1 -
