Sarah Marcia Lucretia Evans 
Sarah Marcia Lucretia was born on March 25th, 1827 in Screven Co., GA.1 Sarah Marcia Lucretia's father was Hezekiah Evans and her mother was Sarah Moore. Her paternal grandparents were Reuel Evans and Sarah Elizabeth Slater; her maternal grandparents were John Moore and Marcia McCall. She had five brothers and two sisters, named John Ruel, Hezekiah Charles, James W., George King, Thomas Jefferson, Martha Elizabeth and Mary Ann L.. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 70 on April 7th, 1897.1 General Notes
