Mary Ann L. Evans 
Mary Ann L. was born on November 7th, 1829 in Screven Co., GA.1 Mary Ann L.'s father was Hezekiah Evans and her mother was Sarah Moore. Her paternal grandparents were Reuel Evans and Sarah Elizabeth Slater; her maternal grandparents were John Moore and Marcia McCall. She had five brothers and two sisters, named John Ruel, Hezekiah Charles, James W., George King, Thomas Jefferson, Martha Elizabeth and Sarah Marcia Lucretia. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 30 on December 15th, 1859.1 General Notes
