Susan Downing

Susan was born about 1595 in St. Nicholas, Ipswich, Suffolk, England.¹ Susan's father was George Downing and her mother was Dorcas Blois. Her paternal grandparents were Jeffrey Downing and Elizabeth Wingfield; her maternal grandparents were William Bloys and Cecily Wingfield. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, James, John, George, Dorcas and Elizabeth. She had six half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Joshua, Joseph, Emanuel, Nathaniel, Benjamin, Elnathan, Nahomie and Anne. She died in 1635 in St. Helen's, Bishopgate, England.¹
