Nahomie Downing 
Nahomie was born about 1583 in St. Nicholas, Ipswich, Suff., England.1 Nahomie's father was George Downing and her mother was Miss Bellamy. Her paternal grandparents were Jeffrey Downing and Elizabeth Wingfield. She had six brothers and a sister, named Joshua, Joseph, Emanuel, Nathaniel, Benjamin, Elnathan and Anne. She had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Joseph, James, John, George, Susan, Dorcas and Elizabeth.1 -
