Rollo James Blackburn

Rollo James was born on April 8th, 1899 in Screven Co., GA.¹ Rollo James' father was James Marion Blackburn and his mother was Frances Mozell Powell. His paternal grandparents were William Blackburn and Mary Jane Waters. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Benjamin William, Charles Henry, Lawrence Harry, Ellie, Lillie, Vara, Temperence, Ila Jane and Sarah Alma. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William and Dorcas. He died at the age of 76 on January 6th, 1976.¹
