Charles Henry Blackburn

Charles Henry was born on April 9th, 1880 in Screven Co., GA.¹   Charles Henry's father was James Marion Blackburn and his mother was Frances Mozell Powell.  His paternal grandparents were William Blackburn and Mary Jane Waters. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Benjamin William, Rollo James, Lawrence Harry, Ellie, Lillie, Vara, Temperence, Ila Jane and Sarah Alma.  He was the second oldest of the ten children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William and Dorcas.  He died at the age of 33 on August 25th, 1913.¹
