Lillie Blackburn 
Lillie was born on November 12th, 1883 in Screven Co., GA.1 Lillie's father was James Marion Blackburn and her mother was Frances Mozell Powell. Her paternal grandparents were William Blackburn and Mary Jane Waters. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Benjamin William, Charles Henry, Rollo James, Lawrence Harry, Ellie, Vara, Temperence, Ila Jane and Sarah Alma. She was the fourth oldest of the ten children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William and Dorcas. She died at 9 months old on September 11th, 1884.1 -
