Lawrence Harry Blackburn

Lawrence Harry was born on February 9th, 1902 in Screven Co., GA.¹ Lawrence Harry's father was James Marion Blackburn and his mother was Frances Mozell Powell. His paternal grandparents were William Blackburn and Mary Jane Waters. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Benjamin William, Charles Henry, Rollo James, Ellie, Lillie, Vara, Temperence, Ila Jane and Sarah Alma. He was the youngest of the ten children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William and Dorcas. He died at the age of 69 on July 19th, 1971.¹
