Frances Powell 
Frances was born in 1815.1 Frances' father was Cuthbert Powell and her mother was Catherine Simms. Her paternal grandparents were Levin Powell and Sally Harrison; her maternal grandparents were Charles Simms and Nancy Douglas. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Llewellyn, Charles Leven, Cuthbert, John Simms, Ann, Mary Emily, Ellen and Jane Simms. She was the second youngest of the nine children.-
