Burton Beverley 
Burton was born on November 24th, 1773 in "Blandfield," Essex County, Virginia. Burton's father was Robert Beverly and his mother was Marie Byrd Carter. He had eight brothers and seven sisters, named William, Robert Carter Jr, Robert III, Carter Sr, Byrd, James Miles, Peter Randolph, McKenzie, Maria, Lucy, Anna Munford, Munford, Evelyn Byrd, Jane Bradshaw and Harriet. He was the sixth oldest of the sixteen children. He died at the age of 19 on March 9th, 1793.-
