Ludwig Friedri von Hessen-Philippsthal-Barchfeld 
Ludwig Friedri was born in 1741. Ludwig Friedri's father was Wilhelm von Hessen-Philippsthal-Barchfeld and his mother was Charlotte von Anhalt-Bernburg. His paternal grandparents were Philipp von Hessen-Philippsthal and Katharine Amalie von Solms-Laubach. He had eight brothers and six sisters, named Wilhelm, Friedrich, Philipp, Karl Wilhelm, Georg, Christian, Adolf, August, Charlotte, Johanna Charlo, Karoline, Ulrike Eleonor, Anne and Dorothea. He was the third youngest of the fifteen children. He died in 1741.
