Jacob Troxell 
Jacob was born on December 23rd, 1750 in Egypt, Whitehall Twp., NHampton Co., PA. Jacob's father was Daniel Johannes Troxell and his mother was Anna Sophia Dotterer. His paternal grandparents were Peter Trachsel and Juliana Catharina Deshler; his maternal grandparents were Johan Michael Dotterer and Anna Marie Fischer. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Daniel, Anthony, David, Adam, John+, Maria Magdalena and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 85 on February 10th, 1836 in Greensburg, PA.General Notes
