William N. Spence

William N. was born in 1840 in AL. William N.'s father was Alexander Spence and his mother was Ellender Hobson. His maternal grandparents were Samuel Hobson and Judy Murphy. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named John Franklin, Samuel Hobson, Moses Foster, Weldon T., Judith Emaline, Rosannah `Rose` B., Elizabeth Martha, Willie Ann, Martha J. Elizabeth, Letha E. and Susan Frances. He is the fifth oldest of the twelve children.
