Letha E. Spence

Letha E. was born in 1854 in MS. Letha E.'s father was Alexander Spence and her mother was Ellender Hobson. Her maternal grandparents were Samuel Hobson and Judy Murphy. She had five brothers and six sisters, named John Franklin, Samuel Hobson, William N., Moses Foster, Weldon T., Judith Emaline, Rosannah `Rose` B., Elizabeth Martha, Willie Ann, Martha J. Elizabeth and Susan Frances. She is the third youngest of the twelve children.
