Moses Foster Spence 
Moses Foster was born on April 28th, 1849 in Fulton, Itawamba Co., MS. Moses Foster's father was Alexander Spence and his mother was Ellender Hobson. His maternal grandparents were Samuel Hobson and Judy Murphy. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named John Franklin, Samuel Hobson, William N., Weldon T., Judith Emaline, Rosannah `Rose` B., Elizabeth Martha, Willie Ann, Martha J. Elizabeth, Letha E. and Susan Frances. He was the fifth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 76 on March 20th, 1926 in Ardmore, Carter Co., OK.General Notes
