John Mills 
John was born on July 30th, 1774 in New Garden Mm, Guilford, NC. John's father was John III Mills and his mother was Sarah Millikan. His paternal grandparents were John+ Mills and Sarah+ Beals. He had three brothers and eight sisters, named Samuel, William, Zachariah, Jane, Sarah, Abigail, Mary, Ruth, Alice, Lydia and Rachel. He was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 72 on September 19th, 1846 in Vermillion, IL.General Notes
